New Forest Basics Bank was set up in 2004 under Churches Together in Lymington and Pennington. The Lymington based charity provides food parcels for the desperately poor in the area.

CAP Life Skills

CAP Life Skills is a friendly group that gives people the confidence and decision making skills they need to survive life on a low income. We teach people practical money saving techniques, such as cooking on a budget, living healthily on less, and making your money go further.

CAP Job Clubs

Your local CAP Job Club is a friendly place where you will get practical help as you seek employment. It’s a relaxed environment with the chance to meet other jobseekers, get support and gain the tools you need to find work.

Being unemployed can be hard to deal with on your own, but being part of one of our 156 CAP Job Clubs means you face the challenge with other people in similar situations.

Citizens Advice Bureau

21,300 highly trained volunteers support the delivery of our service. Our volunteers come from a range of backgrounds and find volunteering rewarding, challenging and fun. We have a range of roles in local Citizens Advice and Witness Service, want to find out more?
